Welcome to my home page. The main purpose of this page is to give interested parties - students, academics, politicians, the business community and journalists - easy access to scholarly articles, books and lectures which I have developed in the pursuit of intellectual excellence.I am a lecturer and researcher at the prestigious Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM), Jogjakarta, Indonesia.

Minister of National Education has assigned me as a professor in Economics since October 1, 2006. I have become the Head Department of Economics at FEB UGM during 2007-2011. Notwithstanding a busy work schedule, I have conscientiously produced numerous books and articles; many of which were presented at both domestic and international conferences and seminars.

I have assisted Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) as one of Economic Expert Team. I have also been actively involved in different state-sponsored and privately-funded research projects as well as journal editing and consultancy work. I have trained a lot of local government officers, lecturers, and students in many regions across Indonesia.
